6 and a half years ago we started Arts2Educate to help integrate the arts into children’s learning. We strongly believe how powerful the arts are in helping children learn, keeping children engaged, helping children think independently, think creatively and to work in teams. We believe that integrating the arts helps to build confidence in children, gets them excited about their learning, enables them to share ideas in a different way which will all lead to higher standards of work throughout the curriculum.
We are offering three schools the chance to work with us to build more creativity into their planning.

What is included?

Initial consultation to discuss an area of the curriculum
One year group in the school to work with Arts2Educate
Arts2Educate to plan creative lessons to be integrated into a term’s topic or literacy lessons
A practical after school CPD for staff to go through some of the activities that have been planned
3 x ½ day workshops throughout the term
Constant communication throughout the term
An opportunity for children to gain their Arts Award Discover*

If you would like Arts Award to be included, certificates would be charged on top of the final amount.
